"Riverchase is one of the largest mixed use community developments of its kind in the Southeast. From its beginning in 1975 this 3,000 acre project with approximately 1800 home-sites has developed residential single and multi-family homes in harmony with planned office and retail development.

Located in the City of Hoover, adjacent to the I-459/I-65 interchange and US HWY 31 and situated in both Shelby and Jefferson Counties, Riverchase has benefited from the City of Hoover’s municipal services.
