 Located off Highway 11 the subdivision of Old Mill Run and Old Mill Run Garden is an attractive and appealing neighborhood of established homes with a variety of lot sizes and homes sizes. It’s considered to be one of Trussville’s favorite neighborhoods and being walking distance to Paine Elementary and Intermediate Schools, homes in Old Mill Run are perfect for families.

Types of Home in Old Mill Run 

The Old Mill Run Garden Sector subdivision is the first neighborhood you’ll come to. There are 34 single family homes here, all built in the late 1990s and all with a similar architectural style and brick built. Most are 1 story though there are some 1.5 story homes here too. Lot sizes are good, allowing plenty of space for the kids to play. List prices range from the high $100’s to the mid $250’s. 

 Continuing along Old Mill Run and into Old Mill Circle the homes get larger with fabulous estate sized lots, long driveways and the occasional in-ground swimming pool gracing the well-groomed back yards. The brick built homes come in a variety of styles and colors from red brick, to brown, and gray. Homes in Old Mill Run were mostly built between 2000 and 2004 and because they have an elevated position many have stunning distant views. List prices usually range somewhere between $250,000 to $360,000.

Facilities and Services in Old Mill Run 

Old Mill Run is entirely residential so there are no amenities right within this neighborhood but with quick access onto Highway 11 you can get into the center of Trussville in just a few minutes. Paine Primary and Intermediate Schools are only a quarter mile so easy walking distance from homes in Old Mill Run.
