One of the most sought after subdivisions in Trussville, Peppertree is a neighborhood of large, single family homes that is located a couple of miles north of the city center, just off Highway 11. Characterized by large lots and sweeping driveways, abundant green spaces and trees, Peppertree subdivision offers the best of both worlds with its rural atmosphere but quick and easy access to everything that Trussville has to offer.
With the larger homes and lot sizes, Peppertree is among the more expensive neighborhoods in Trussville, though real estate prices can vary quite substantially. You may be lucky to pick up a home in the low $200’s if it’s one of the older homes built in the late 1990s, while homes that are a few years younger tend to be priced in the low to mid $300s and above.
Architectural styles vary though most are brick homes with multiple gables and high roof lines giving the subdivision a stately appearance. The overall size of the neighborhood is one of the biggest appeals of homes in Peppertree as it’s not too big and not too small.
Located just a few miles north of Trussville downtown means you can be accessing all the city’s services within a few minutes drive. Great for families with children, Peppertree is also very close to Paine Primary and Intermediate Schools, and for access into Birmingham it is approximately 7 miles from the I-459.
